Four Hearts provides a monthly $20 spay/neuter clinic for cats.
BARC’s spay/neuter program is open to anyone who is on government assistance or can show proof of financial need, regardless of residency.
Cats are $5; dogs are $10. Vaccinations are optional and range in price from $12 to $20.
Affiliated with BARC, they also offer vaccinations and a Wellness Clinic for sick pets in low income famlies.

SPOT is a low-cost spay/neuter program for families in need. They offer a $10 spay and neuter program in the spring and fall. Their 909 Vets program is offered throughout the year, $30 for male cats, $40 for female cats, $50 for male dogs, and $60 for female dogs.
