OpSpot is a spay/neuter mobile clinic unit which comes to the Belleville Area Humane Society. The cost for these clinics is $60 for spay/neuter, and $15 each for vaccinations and a microchip. The clinic has a 50lb weight limit for pets but does not have income requirements.
